Shipping & Handling:
Most in-stock orders are shipped within one business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 - 7 business days. You will be informed of any delay of more than 10 days from the date of order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO & FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Shipping and handling costs will be calculated based on location and weight at the time of checkout.
When you purchase $175 or more worth of merchandise, your order qualifies for free ground shipping. The minimum purchase of $175 is calculated after any other discounts are applied. Final Clearance items do not qualify for any free shipping offers. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
Changes can be made to orders up until they ship. Once an order has shipped, no adjustments will be made.
Returns and Exchanges:
Free Exchanges & Easy Returns!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Our convenient pre-paid return label (UPS shipments only. Not available for shoes) is free for exchanges. For returns, the cost of the return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. It couldn't be easier! Here are all the details of how it works...
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Any item received more than 30 days after the original ship date will be eligible for store credit only. No items will be accepted beyond 60 days from the original ship date. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn. All items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item at no additional shipping cost.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange any of your items for any reason, please use the enclosed prepaid label and we will provide free ground shipping on your exchange. This offer applies to one exchange shipment per order and does not apply to Final Clearance items or shoes. We must receive your return within 30 days of the original ship date to qualify for free exchange shipping. We are unable to provide a prepaid label for post office shipments, but we will still provide free shipping on the exchanged item when we ship it to you.
Final Clearance Items:
Final Clearance items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit only. Final Clearance items will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the original ship date. We will not issue any refunds for Final Clearance items. Free shipping offers do not apply to Final Clearance items.
Refund Processing:
We will process your return in the order it is received and all refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 14 days for your package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
Pre-paid Return Label:
A pre-paid return label is provided for all UPS shipments. Use of the return label is free for exchanges, excluding Final Clearance items. For returns, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For Final Clearance items, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
How to Ship Your Return:
Please follow the detailed directions on the back of your packing list to return merchandise for exchange or credit. Always include a copy of your packing list with your return or exchange. Always use a traceable form of shipping, for example UPS, Federal Express or Priority Mail.
